Community Reinvestment Act (CRA)

First National Bank of Sparta is pleased to provide information for public inspection under the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA).  Interested parties can review the data or print hard copies as needed.  First National Bank of Sparta is able to provide printed copies upon request, however, we may charge a fee for copying and mailing expenses.  To request printed copies, please contact First National Bank of Sparta at the address listed at the bottom of this page.  

 

Under the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), the following information must be maintained in a public file.  This information is current as of April 1 of each year. 

 

• Copy of the bank's most recent CRA performance evaluation. 
• List of the branches with address and census tracts. 
• List of branches opened or closed in the past two years. 
• Description of retail banking services offered by the bank. 
• Maps of assessment areas of the bank. 
• Written comments from the public regarding the bank's community lending practices.
